Recruitment Film for TexasRE

Austin Recruitment Video Production

TexasRE is a growing real estate organization focused on building strong teams and long-term careers. StoryChef Media partnered with TexasRE to produce a recruitment film that communicates what sets their organization apart—and why the right people should want to be part of it.

The video was created to support hiring efforts across digital channels and internal recruiting conversations.

Project Overview

This project involved producing a recruitment and employer brand video for TexasRE, designed to help attract agents and professionals aligned with the company’s culture and values.

The film highlights the benefits of working at TexasRE, including team support, growth opportunities, and the overall work environment—giving potential recruits a clear sense of what they’re stepping into before ever starting a conversation.

The Challenge

Recruitment messaging often sounds the same—big promises, vague culture talk, and little substance.

TexasRE needed a way to stand out in a competitive real estate market by showing, not telling, what working at their organization actually feels like. The challenge was to create a video that felt honest and confident, without drifting into hype or corporate buzzwords.

The goal was clarity: attract the right people, not just more people.

Strategy & Creative Approach

The strategy focused on authenticity and alignment.

Rather than scripting overly polished talking points, the video centers on real perspectives and tangible benefits of being part of the TexasRE team. The narrative was structured to answer the questions every potential recruit is already asking:

  • What’s different here?

  • Who thrives in this environment?

  • How does this organization support growth?

By grounding the story in real experience, the film acts as a filter—drawing in candidates who resonate with the culture and expectations.

Production & Execution

Production included guided interviews and supporting b-roll that captured the day-to-day environment and team dynamic. Filming emphasized approachability and professionalism, helping the organization feel welcoming while still established and credible.

The shoot was designed to produce a versatile asset that could live on the website, in recruiting emails, on social platforms, and during one-on-one conversations with prospective hires.

Post-Production & Storytelling

In post-production, the edit focused on pacing and clarity. Interviews were tightened to keep the message focused, while visuals reinforced a sense of team cohesion and opportunity.

The final film strikes a balance between energy and substance—engaging enough to hold attention, but grounded enough to feel trustworthy.

Results & Impact

The completed recruitment film gave TexasRE a clear, consistent message they could use across their hiring efforts. Instead of relying solely on written job descriptions or informal conversations, the organization now has a visual tool that sets expectations and attracts aligned candidates earlier in the process.

Why Recruitment Films Work

Recruitment videos are especially effective for growing organizations because they:

  • Set expectations before the first conversation

  • Save time by attracting better-fit candidates

  • Communicate culture more clearly than text alone

For teams like TexasRE, this kind of video becomes a long-term hiring asset—not just a one-off project.
